While sharing on whatsapp it only shows the title and url, the thumbnail image is missing. how to solve this?

The problem is while using whatsapp sharing the Thumbnail is missing, we tested on samsung and iphone. it works only on windows mobile.
can you help me resolve this?

Please try to checking this issue with default joomla template. maybe it is not support for samsung and iphone.
