I had the smae problem before, just I changed the server and the problems solved. I thing the problem is server iusse. Hope this help

the joomla had been installed without problem,
the problem I'm facing is with sj gallery pro and sj basic news
once i desactivate sj basic news and one pf the 2 sj gallery pro (the gallery one) the site is opening
i need to know what's the eoor to be able to ask the support to fix it
