Hi guys! Im not a newbie installing and testing Joomla extensions but "Houston, we've got a problem"

All is well configured aparently but Topbar does not appear.

The site is www.espaciociudadano.com.ar on Joomla 3.4.8, Rockettheme template (gantry 4).
Config tried:

• top/bottom position
• several module position
• single page/all pages
• include/not include jQuery

Using firebug I can see CSS files and jQuery loaded en head section!

Any ideas?
