Can't open front page after installation: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS 9 years, 8 months ago #22965

Hi,
After installed Quick Package I can't access front end and got error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
"This webpage has a redirect loop".

It seems the multi-languages causes this problem.
Server is running PHP 5.4 native.
Any idea?
