Image Upload on Adsmanager, on template sj-live... not working

Hi, I am contacting you because I am using the template... sj-live - on site... and the option of adsmanager, to upload images, is not working. Also the option to pay for featured. I had reinstalled the template and also worked with a programmer and we were not able to fix it. How to make it work?...
