I contacted Thomas Papin (the developer of AdsManager). He wrote me: "...lot of errors with sjlive and latest adsmanager version...".
AdsManager is currently in version 3.1.1 (SJLive Quickstart package still has AdsManager 3.0.8).
This creates problem when user purchases commercial AdsManager script, because they will be latest version 3.1.1
Can you please update SJLive to most recent AdsManager version so users can use it with current AdsManager scripts?

No, it has not been updated.
The last update was to AdsManager 3.0.3 In January 2015 (please read changelog of the template).
AdsManager is now in version 3.1.4 (!!!).

I submitted my request around September 2015. SmartAddons initial response was that they are working on it, but when I asked again around November they wrote that they did not have time for it.

SmartAddons inability to update their templates on a regular basis is very, very poor business practice (all other template clubs regularly update their templates to new Joomla versions or updated extensions).

Unfortunately, that is what I feared. It also seems that their behaviour is, in order not to work, to fake not to understand our problem...

cc1452, you are also wrong when you say that it has been updated in January 2015. An updated template is a template that is working. Have you ever tried to upload an image in adsmanager using their Jan2015 template... it is not working.
And the worst, is that they know it for a long long long time now...

I have not even bothered installing it anymore (so I have not tried uploading a picture).
Last fall I purchased a full license for AdsManager. Before purchase I e-mailed with the developer of AdsManager (Tom Papin - by the way: very good support from the AdsManager team!) about this template, and he warned me that it no longer works with newer AdsManager versions after 3.0.8. and creates many errors (so I did not bother with this template, I purchased another one that was developed specially for AdsManager: "AdsClarity").
I would have liked to use SJ Live because it looks quite professional, but it is useless if it doesn't get updated to work with newer AdsManager versions (something SmartAddons said they would do last fall, but have not done...).

Fully agree with you... Tom Papin is today having a look at the issue of SJLIVE. I can not believe that THEY are helping me on an issue of SMARTADDONS : as you they JOOMPROD support is great, kind, helpfull... love it!
And i would also like to say that you are wrong in a way that even before the 3.0.8 the SJLIVE wont work... I think it only works with the V2 of adsmanager.
