Hi people ?

i can t use the support ticket, because the captcha doesn t work since 4 days.
I m trying to get help from you since 4 days! now tommorow the 5th day.
I have some trouble and i wanted you to install me a megamenue ....
First your chat told me they will answer me when the captcha works (monday & tuesday) nothing happens....
Wednesday they chat told me write a mail.... I wrote it no answer!
Today the chat told me sorry you will get a answer in a few minutes ... 2h later i ask the chat for that answer nothing happens no answer anymore in the chat no mail like they told me in a few minutes....
But in this days i got a mail for staying longer here.... and spent money...

So please answer me and help me support for devolper in not one week is awfully.
(bought the 199$ license)
