Please I could not get the template working properly. Please help.

1. CSS not Loading
2. set allow_url_fopen=ON; warnings disappear but site not working properly.

I have installed both the quickstart parkage as a demo and I also set up a site with the template and the plugin but still get thesame error and warning.

I have attached a two snapshot of both the quick start and the site error here. if they are not seen, by logging in and opening the front end, you will see the errors/warnings.

Administrator details:

url: amtelweb.ipage.com/public_html/demo/administrator

Username: admin
Passsword: admin

I am sure if this is resolved from the demo, we can also work it out on the live site.
