I need to enter simple text and images on a page tab bonus (Join-now). When inserting images by Article editor in the respective tab, it does not appear. Where to change the information that appears on the "?"

I'm trying to insert images into a flap, through article "join now" template. I insert in the article, but does not appear on the site? As would be the correct way to include these images?
