hello, when you reach the last step of the installation ( create configuration.php ) returns to the last step . ( does not create the file, but if you copy the tables in phpmyadmin )

I should change or modify ?
I have tested it in different configurations phpini and now I'm just checking on localhost with the same problem . this has happened to me with other demos as OnePage SJ , vinda or dresses,
any solution?
