SJ Social Media Counter is showing all 0s. And URLs are not getting resolved correctly. Is it a setup issue?

Like i had set it up for facebook and linkedin. It is pre-pending my site URL to the linkedin URL. Which will never get resolved..

Let me know if i will have to do any setups..

I have it running here: www.visitbournemouth.com - bottom right
Only Facebook is showing the correct follow count - everything else is showing 0 when actually I have quite a few.

I raised a support ticket over a week ago and no response. I paid for developer license so it would be nice to get a reply.

we have the same problem at buryspy.com - Facebook shows correctly but twitter does not.

Same here at e-metallicus - Facebook works, Google+ does not.

Same issue, only Facebook shows the proper follower count. All others are zeroed out. I've submitted multiple support tickets with no responses for this either. I actually like the design of the module a lot and I'd be willing to pay extra for it to be fixed.

Maybe someone can figure out how to set the figures within the code to pull your follower count from a direct URL instead of it being based off a variable entered on the backend?
