I bought a Business license a few days ago, if I go here www.smartaddons.com/joomla-extensions/download/joomla-extensions-club-jec/cat_view/29-joomla-/60-commercial-joomla-extensions/270-yt-shortcode to download it, there is only text and no link to complete the download. I already contacted developer directly but no answer as well.

Your account is JTC-Business License, so you can download our Joomla templates only. You can't download extension. But in our template link, you can download extension package there.

Is it complete if I download it from templates? I tried downloading it from the SJ Suits template but only has the plugin to install, nothing else available and not even the button so it won't let me use it, seems incomplete.

Could we get an answer for our last post? We updated it but no answer after several days and we really need this extension to replace an outdated one that won't work on Joomla 4.
