Hello dear friends, I have the same problem of two previous users in this same topic, I can not see the Shortcode button that I bought.
Installed:
ytshortcodes_v3.1.0
Joomla! 3.8.10
I see that they could not solve the problem either, what should I do?

As data: I have installed and by default Spanish language (es.ES) in the Front and in the Back
