I don't know if this is a normal behavior or is it an issue but under the Sj Content Responsive Listing I am having twice the button 'All Ready', is that normal or is it an issue?

Because you selected Hide component: Yes in Template Manager -> General

Have twice the button 'All Ready':
1. a button of Sj Content Responsive Listing module
2. a button of component content (type featured)
