I can not install this theme... quickstart for joomla 3 not worked...I can't create configuration.php on step 3

Help me please!

I have bought and downloaded files SJ_Vinda_quickstart_j32_v1.0.1,

At installation on localhost a package quickstart together with "Sample Data" the fitter hangs. Without a package installed it is normal, however template Vinda is absent.

We have tested our quickstart, it runs normally. Could you please check in folder (your_site\ templates) for us, if it contains template Beez3, please send your admin + ftp site account + database info for us in your ticket, we will check directly.

Yes, folder contains template Beez3. But I cant send you admin +account + database info . My site its LOCALhost
