My submenu not displayed as you have read in the title and here's the website i hope that you configure out the problem

TypeError: $(...).megamenu is not a function

ReferenceError: prettyPrint is not defined


In this case, please install jQuery Easy to solve your issue extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-enhancements/performance/jquery-scripts/18327
