Hi!
I want to change background color of the page and text color. In the source code of the page I see 

body.sj_flatnews{
	background-color:#f8f8f8 ;
	color:#666666 ;
}

but cannot find it in CSS.
Where should I edit these settings?

You can change some colors of the page in the template configuration.

Backend -> Templates - > sj_flatnews -> Theme
