Can you please find another solution to load the XML because most of hosting providers are not familiar to use url_fopen on server config - (security reason- you have to know this)- most of your template not using this XML reading system whit that php setting

...../templates/sj_teen/templateDetails.xml
XML: failed to load external entity "....../templates/sj_teen/templateDetails.xml"

Please check the templateDetails.xml file exists or not (..../templates/sj_teen/templateDetails.xml).
If yes, you can try to be checked the option "allow_url_fopen = On" in php.ini settings.

Hi, Igot the same problem.
I'm unable to change anyting in the php.ini. My provider do not like to make any changes to the system.
Is there any other way to solve this problem
