Financial under HTTPS and looks like the browser try to block insecure content and the template sometimes disapears from my website leaving it skeleton.

I try to investigate here www.sslchecker.com/insecuresources and found the following URLs.

In Financial Template: html5shiv.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/html5.js
In Atom Template: html5shiv.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/html5.js and fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Questrial

Can this be the problem?.
