I've installed the quickstart package and everything was ok. But as soon as I add a module, unpublish or change something about modules, 2 blank lines appear before the <doctype> tag.

***** W3C states that <doctype> must be the very first line of the code and google doesn't index the page with this kind of issue *****

After I opened a ticket, I was suggested to re-install a clean version of joomla and re-try.
Done. But once again, as soon as I add a single module (whatever module) the 2 blank lines appear on top of the source code.

How can I solve this problem?
