Hi, did you find a solution? Got the same issue and a check via firebug showed, that the div id="yt_logoposition" is located within the header id="yt-header" and not in the section id="menuwrap" as in your demo installation.
I'm not sure but it feels like the issue came up after the template update to 1.0.2
