Is it possible to set the menu to have max levels of 1 with the responsive sidemenu, but have more levels for the regular menu?

Please go to Template Manager: Edit Style -> Menu tab -> edit End Level
You can set the menu to have max levels 9 of 1 with the menu responsive slide bar menu. we think you should use max level is 5 to show beautifully.

I have seen that setting, and tried adjusting it but it also controls the max end level for the menu when in full width (not responsive). I was hoping there was a relatively easy way to set the max level to 1 for the responsive side menu ONLY.

We're sorry. If you set end level in (Template Manager: Edit Style -> Menu tab) is use for menu.
You can fixed:
- go to your_site\templates\sj_tech\css\template-red.css (if red color is theme default)

- then add the code at the end of the template-red.css:
