I have uploaded my website from the localhost to the new server for hosting but I am faced with this error when i try to access the control panel and my website cannot run. How do i solve the error because i have exported by database well?

It seem you have this issue when update joomla. Please try download joomla update package directly from Joomla page and reinstall it again
