Renewing my homepage I chose the SJ plus template in hope to get a responsive template. That works wonderful with text and images but the tables are fare from being responsive. I use tables for images with captions and for my curriculum vitae; but the main problem is the title page, where I use tables just as frames. I defined three columns with the idea that they will be reduced to one column on smaller screen. But that doesn’t happen. You only see ugly scroll bars and the site looks awful.

I saw that I’m not the only one with this problem, but I didn’t find a satisfying solvation. Of course I defined the table width in Percent and the table class as “responsive”, but anyhow the tables are not responsive. Who can help? tanja-stern.de/
