Dear Gabriele

If you want remove menu bar, pease go to the file /templates/sj_plus/css/template-blue.css (if you are using blue theme) and find:

#yt_menuwrap {
  background: #444444;
  position: relative;
  z-index: 10;
  height: 54px;
  margin: 0;
  -webkit-box-shadow: 1px 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.4);
  -moz-box-shadow: 1px 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.4);
  box-shadow: 1px 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.4);
}

=> Edit to:

#yt_menuwrap {
  background: #444444;
  position: relative;
  z-index: 10;
  height: 54px;
  margin: 0;
  display: none;

I, too, am using SJ Plus. Wonderful layout.

I followed the instructions above to remove the sidebar menu, but with no luck. I notice that the code I am using for template-violet.css now reads:

#yt_menuwrap {
  background: #23262D;
  height: 54px;
  margin: 0;
  display: none;
  -webkit-box-shadow: 1px 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.2);
  -moz-box-shadow: 1px 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.2);
  box-shadow: 1px 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.2);
  margin-bottom: 30px;
}

Yet I am still seeing the menu side bar on the pages.
