i have this problem when my page content is low and there is no need to move courser up/down much.
in this cases when i move courser to the down, my web page will be shaken (up and down) fastly.
i have try this in some different computers but the problem still exist (problem is not depend on monitor size or computer).
unfortunately i can not make an screen shot for this issue.

Here is same problem. When I scrolling down it automatically scrolling up and again scrolling down. Sorry for my bad English. Pls help me guys.

Edited: It happens only on Mozilla Firefox. On Google Chrome it is fine.

Solved: Disabled Back to Top button. Finally problem solved. I don't know what to do when I need this button...
