Dear solucionaseguradora,

Because you are using border: 7px solid #FFA100; when hovering on a category.
Please go to your_site/templates/sj_plus/css/your_css.css and find:

div.subCategory:hover {
    border: 7px solid #FFA100;
    border-radius: 15px;
}

=>

div.subCategory:hover {
    border: 1px solid #FFA100;
    border-radius: 15px;
    overflow:hidden;
}
