So, I have the solution:
At first, I worked with activated: "Cpanel". After a while, I switched it of.

The problem: in my Browser, the last chosen options are "frozen" (left-main-rigth), so that any changes, I've made manually in "main-right", are not shown in frontend on my system.

That's a bug, when hiding "Cpanel", everything should be resetted to the options chosen in Templates backend
