Template does not display correctly in IE9 the same way as in Firefox. Any suggestions what I can do?

I am interested to see what the solution is for this issue.
I got exactly the same situation in IE 8.0

SOLVED:
Edit the template via Extensions >Template Manager
Go to Advanced > Optimize
put Merge file and Compress css to YES
--> don't know why but this solved the issue for me.

Load time to IE takes 10 seconds longer than FF --> that is my next issue
