Dear marco,

Please go to localhost/sj_plus/templates/sj_plus/css/template-blue.css and find:

#yt_menuposition ul.navi > li.level1 .item-link {
    color: #FFFFFF;
    display: block;
    font-size: 118%;
    line-height: 30px;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 12px 35px;
}

=>Please change font-size: 118%;
