Sorry for asking this but I need help

In the demo of the template (demo.smartaddons.com/templates/joomla3/sj-plus/), there's a module at the slideshow with 3 pictures of cameras, I want to put something like that in my site, but I don't know what's that module or how to put it, and also I wonder what's the name of the pluging in the header with the social stuff of facebook and everything, I think that it's important to say that I use Joomla 3, not 2.5.

This is module position: demo.smartaddons.com/templates/joomla3/sj-plus/images/position.jpg, you can find the module following these positions, then you can go to Module Manager to configure that module.
