on your SJ plus demo page there is a bonus page called "About us" (see here: demo.smartaddons.com/templates/joomla3/sj-plus/index.php/bonus-pages/about-us).

I assume that this is a page realized with shortcodes, and I was looking for a documentation how to build a similar looking site.
