how to rename a template to make it SJ_ME for example / templates / my website / image?

Please go to your_site\templates\sj_me\templateDetails.xml and rename all 'sj_me' to 'my_website'. Then please go to your_site\templates\sj_me\language\en-GB and rename 2 file: en-GB.tpl_sj_me.ini and en-GB.tpl_sj_me.sys.ini => en-GB.tpl_my_website.ini and en-GB.tpl_my_website.sys.ini

Finally, go to your_site\templates\sj_me\ and zip all file sub folders and files in there to 'my_website.zip'
Then install file my_website.zip again.
