please replace the code:

=> By the code:
<script src="maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp&sensor=false&key=your_API-key"></script>

Your site have error js: Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
or you can add your image map instead of the gmap at there in templates\sj_zaga\html\mod_sj_contact_ajax\default.php
We only support for our client have the order.
