Please go to the file /modules/mod_sj_k2_reslisting/tmpl/default.php and find:

<?php echo JText::_('LOAD_MORE_LABEL')?> (<span class="load-number" data-more="<?php echo $params->get('itemCount', 2)?>" data-total="<?php echo K2ResponsiveListing::$total - $params->get('itemCount', 2)?>">/</span>)

=> Edit to:
<?php echo JText::_('LOAD_MORE_LABEL')?>
