I submitted a ticket days ago and bumped it twice and still no response. The sample data did not install and I really need to move this project along. I sent the admin info via ticket and would like you to drop in the sample data for SJ e-Listing if possible.

I just paid full price for membership and now I see that it is 40% off. That is annoying enough, but now to not get prompt ticket response is really not good.

And also, the original template I needed turned out to only be for J2.5 and I am using 3.4. I am having to do extra work to convert SJ e-listing over to what I need, and it would be much better if I could get the proper attention so that the entire membership is not over before I can complete the site.
