is there a way to make custom css file. May be it is possible with less.css?
I need make custom buttons and other things but if i put them in template css i lose after update.

Please go to Template manager -> Advanced and disable user Less development.
Then you can custom template.css file.

what should be the exact name of custom css?

I'm interested too about it ... I've tryed to override both templates (via custom.css or your_css.css file) and SA extensions without success.
How can we override default css without edit template.css (this will be override it too on first upgrade).

First, you should go to the Template Manager -> Advanced -> Please check 'Development with lesscss', if you choose 'Yes', you can override css code on your_site\templates\sj_template\less\your_css.less , if you choose 'No', you can use file your_site\templates\sj_template\css\your_css.css
