I have released my site based on SJ Bakery Template.

I have chosen green as default color in the template.

When I view on my apple computer and on my phone and tablet the colors are correct.

But when I view on my windows PC using Explorer, the menu bar is white instead of green. As the letters are yellow, it is very hard to read the menu.

What can I do to resolve this.

I checked your site in IE9, it work fine and the menu bar is Green.
Please tell me what version of your IE?
