How do I get the template SJ Lotte to zoom on a phone. I find that the menu is too small to read and I need the template to have the ability to zoom in order to read the menu properly.

Please go to your_site/templates/sj_lotte25/css/template.css and find:
#yt-mobilemenu {
    display: none;
}

=>

#yt-mobilemenu {
    display: none;
    font-size:20px;
    height:auto;
}
