Dear murat dogan,

For this issue, please check your Google Font that you are using by go to Template setting -> Typography -> Google Font.
And open file (/modules/mod_sj_k2_responsive_content/assets/css/rescontent.css), find this code:

.sj-k2-responsive-content h4.item-title {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}

change to:

.sj-k2-responsive-content h4.item-title {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
font-weight: normal;
}
