I must tell you that your products are very beautiful and give you 5 stars for design, but if you check Health template on validator.w3.org/ you can see several hundred errors and warning!
I am asking myself, how it is possible!? Someone must be wrong, W3 or I or you. I hope I am wrong.
Please, tell us what is happened with W3? W3 is so important for many thing, especially for page ranking, sites without W3 validate are ranked lower than sites with W3 passed.

I have purchased Template membership in order to install a SJ template on my site, but now i am not sure weather to install it or request money back.

Regarding W3 validation: unfortunatelly, validator.w3.org cannot validate my site. It reports:

Sorry! This document cannot be checked.
Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 754 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.
The error was: utf8 "\xBB" does not map to Unicode

Anyone can help me with this issue?
I really like SJ Health template and want to bring this template working for me.
