Greetings!! I just buy the SJ Health template, download the 3.1 quickstart, try to extract it, and it doesn't allow me. Any suggestion or what I'm doing wrong??

This is the first time I'm using your templates

We have tested SJ Health Quickstart, it extracts normally.
May be the software that you use to extract is expired. Please kindly check again.

quickstart instolation problem

I have just download sj_health_quickstart_j32_v1.2.1

But not working I am getting output same as we install joomla default theme
