After instalation of Joomla 2.5 and Health theme I have article URL like this:
zjistijak.cz/index.php/component/content/article/103-televize/filmy/186-jak-basnici-neztraceji-nadeji

I want to have www in URL.
I don´t want to have index.php/component/content/article in URL.

There is default component with dozens of redirect but I didn´t give it there.

You should assign categories into Menu items.

Please create a new hidden menu --> create new menu items and assign categories in to these menu items. At last, when you clicking on the menu, you can see the link as you want without index.php/component/content/article.

Please following the steps:
1. go to administrator -> menus -> menu manager -> add new menu -> with name "Hidden menu"
2. go to menus -> Hidden menu -> add new menu item -> :
- Menu Item Type *: select Articles -> Category blog -> chose your category
- Menu Title *: your menu name
- Alias: your alias

i have problem with my article link on joomla 3.1
i'm using custom html module for the pic of link. i made 2 custom html. one in "home" and another one at another page. both of them using same link code ( index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit&id=id_article).
problem, at "home" link doesn't work (still load "home" page, and in address bar mysite.com/index.php?option=com_content&Itemid=435&id=271&lang=en&layout=edit&view=article)
and on other pages, the link work properly ( at address bar mysite.com/index.php?option=com_content&Itemid=494&id=271&lang=en&layout=edit&view=article)

note both of permalink using same code and same article id( index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit&id=id_article)
