I am still wondering, how can I get support quickly? And what are the rules to deal with tickets? If we can't get reply quickly, it would delay our job. In that case we might consider to refund, we are expecting a good support service from you.

I am facing the same issue of not getting replies promptly. I submitted a ticket, yet no answer in 24hrs now. This not good for support as I am stuck with a hosted site I cant present and my clients are on my neck. I suggest these smartaddon guys should work on their customer support structure or it will ruin their wonderful works

Indeed, I do contact you guys with all kinds of available cntact ways. But the point is you guys not reply in time or I don't know when will you check forum or tickets. And I found that evrytime your support team only reply one tickets, even there are other not issued tickets. I am highly expecting your company to improve the support service. The work you guys made is great, but the support service is bad. I am sorry about saying that!
