I just got hte SJ Gallery Pro, and it isn't working for me. It shows the images, but I can't get the pages to change. popups won't popup.

Update: By default the jquery is turned off. It only works if you turn it on.

Did your site work normally? SJ Gallery Pro module use Jquery, so you have to turn jquery on.
