I have post my question and submit ticket ( TE-0000005286 ) 04.04.16, but have no reply nor assign, I am still waiting for response, please help

I have try to download from server and test run under mamp, uninstall SJ Gallery Pro, install fresh copy, i still got same result:
can only see first row of slide,
no navigation,
no slide effect,
