I know there is a ticket running for this too, but I need to get this working. I bought a single product not a membership - perhaps that is where I am going wrong?

Is it 7 days money back for a single product because unless we can solve it before the week is up (Friday) I'll go for a refund now and look for someone who can support a customer.
