In the last months, my tickets are still not treated after 5 working days. How can that be?

Template: SJ Sport Store
My issue: uploaded product-image, frontend do not show the correct size. It shows the original size of the images.

I try to uploade my product-images withs it has to shows max-height 167px.
But I can't get the image to the correct size. I need the image to a fixed, smaller size. At the moment it shows me the original size. (see attachement)
If I change in products/image "size for full image" to any value, it has no effect to showed products in frontend.

How can I change the max-height size of the product images?
