I do not speak about how the module lists the items, but how it generates its links to the article view.

i made the changes as suggested, but it has no influence on the links generated by the module.

I just now added a new test-article called "test2", and in front-end the module gives the followng link for the new test-item :
.../118-popular-videos/201-test2
The problem is, that this link just leads nowhere.

I created a menu item in hidden menu, assign to Articles » Category Blog » assign to 'Popular Video' folder. Please check your module again.
