Where can I change mobile version of the site?

There is a virus or something.. mobile version doesn't lead to my site but lead to some other strange one

Maybe, your site is got hacked, you can backup your template if you customized it, then you should re-install our original template.

I should save the site as it is now. then reinstall original template - from quickstart package file or... ? And what next? To do the whole customization work from the beginning? or how should I save the work I've done with the site?

Please change to other template, if it still hasn't that problem, you can install only template package, don't need install quickstart. Please backup your template, then re-install the template, you can find in old template and edit the template again.
